Villa Suvi

Villa Suvi is a comfortable and modern 100m² holiday house with 3 bedrooms situating next to a small natural swamp and forest pond. There is tab water, electric sauna and shower in the house. The wood burning sauna is on the beach. Baby beds and extra beds available.

Villa Suvi has a garden, spacious terraces and a grill. The holiday house is situated in the most private location with a view to a small beautiful swamp.The beach sauna and beach are 150 m away.

We situate ca. 20 km from a nice small town Mikkeli in Southern Finnish lakeside. We have a beautiful forest garden, spacious yards and the beach with saunas, boats, canoes etc. We do our best to let our guests have a really nice holiday, and welcome them to a clean, well equipped and beautiful cottage. We help our visitors to start with their vacation without extra stress, help with sauna, boats and other issues. As the place is just 20 minutes away from the small but lively town of Mikkeli, it is easy to go shopping, eating out, taste strawberries or coffee at the market square and visit places to see from the villa. Mikkeli Region is full of culture, among others old manor houses with restaurants, art museums, market square etc.

At our place we have good roads, street lights, and all modern equipment in the house. Still it's a forest place in the country side. There are canoe routes and bicycle routes nearby. The lake has clear and fresh water and it's good for swimming. Our region has a real Finnish countryside atmosphere and long history with lakeside living and many manor houses which today function as restaurants, handicraft shops etc. It is very easy to catch a fish, pick berries or mushrooms, take photographs, go cycling or boating. Or just enjoy the log house, read a book, and rest. We have outside camping fireplace in addition to a grill. And in the house we have a fireplace, a piano, good tv, beautiful table ware and nice house decoration. More bedrooms available in separate cabins.
